If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.
