Directions from Ely City Centre
To reach Pink Storage Newport Road from Ely City Centre, head southwest on St Mary’s Street, continuing onto the A142. Follow the A142 for approximately 5 miles towards the A10. At the roundabout, take the second exit to continue onto the A10 heading south. After about 12 miles, take the exit onto the A4232 towards Cardiff. Continue on this road for another 10 miles, passing Cardiff Bay and following signs for the city centre. Take the exit for the A48 (Newport Road), and continue east for approximately 2 miles. Pink Storage Newport Road will be on your left, near the junction with Norwich Road.
Directions from Ely Railway Station
From Ely Railway Station, head southwest on Station Road and continue towards the city centre. Turn left onto St Mary’s Street and follow the road to the A142. Head south on the A142, then take the A10 south towards London. Continue on the A10 for about 12 miles, taking the exit for the A4232 towards Cardiff. Once you are on the A4232, follow the road for about 10 miles. Take the exit for the A48 (Newport Road), and continue east. Any illegal goods are prohibited at our facility as is livestock and flammable liquids. If you have any questions or hesitations about what you can and can’t store, please feel free to contact our team for further information.

Billing
If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team needs to contact you about a failed payment.
At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.

Yes, we will require you to provide us with your vehicle’s registration number after signing up. Simply reply to the welcome text message we’ll send your after signing up with the registration number
