Any illegal goods are prohibited at our facility as is livestock and flammable liquids. If you have any questions or hesitations about what you can and can’t store, please feel free to contact our team for further information.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer outside storage at our facilities at this time. But we do have space at our barry site.

Billing

If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team needs to contact you about a failed payment.

At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.

Yes, we will require you to provide us with your vehicle’s registration number after signing up. Simply reply to the welcome text message we’ll send your after signing up with the registration number
